Dielectric Strength Test Device with 30N Loaded Hardened Steel Pin IEC60335-1 clause 21.2

1. Introduction

The dielectric strength test device is designed to meet the test requirements of IEC60335-1 clause 21.2, a hardened steel pin is used as a electrode during the dielectric strength test. After the scracth test, the device should work with a hipot tester to test the withstand dielectric strength of the accessible parts of the solid insulation.
