IEC 62368-1 Foreign Metallic Objects for Testing the Temperature Rising of Transmitters

1. Introduction

The foreign metallic objects includes a steel disc, an aluminim ring and an aluminium foil, they are designed according to IEC62368-1 figures 47 to 49, and apply to test the highest temperature of wireless power transmitter in operated its maximum power as per IEC62368-1 clause 9.6.3. Each foreign object will configure with K type thermocouple, and at the end of the thermocouple will equip with a plug to connect with thermometer to display the temperature. During the tests, the temperature of the foreign oject shall not exceed 70℃.

1) How to store and maintain the foreign objects in daily life?

Pego: The foreign objects will come with a protective case, When not in use, place it in the case.

2). How do you prove that the probes meet the relative standards?

Pego: User can ask for the calibration certificate issued by ISO17025 authorized lab, but the price of the calibation certificate will be charged additionally.

3). How can we get the goods?

Pego: We will ship the probe by DHL and Fedex. It is a door to door service, normally, it will spend 5-7 working days to reach at the customers' hand after delivery out.
