1. Introduction

The IPX3 and IPX4 Ingress Protection Testing Machine, named as Oscillating Tube Waterproof tester, is designed and manufactured according to IEC60529 clause 14.2.3 and 14.2.4, IEC60598-1, GB4208, and GB7000.1 standards. It is suitable for waterproof testing of outdoor electrical and electronic products and lamp housings in all directions of rain and splashing. It is suitable for certification and testing agencies and manufacturers to test the waterproofness of products. This equipment can manually control the flow rate through the glass rotor or control the flow rate through the digital sensor. The 7-inch color touch screen displays, controls, and sets the test program. Users can easily and simply reach the test conditions. This tester is not equipped with a shower head, and the shower head needs to be equipped with equipment separately.

4.2 Will any replacement be deliveried together with the machine?
Pego: Yes, we have prepared extra 100pcs needle and one water filter for the machine.

4.3 How many pcs swing tube does it include?
Pego: We have the R200, R400, R600, R800, R1000, R1200, R1400 and R1600 swing tubes for selection. The size of the swing tube depends on the sample size of the specimen. Normally we will provide one piece swing tube, but it also can be specified by users.
